About The Chinese OWL Coordinator Having taught technical writing in the
graduate school programs of National Chiao Tung University
and National Tsing Hua University since 1989, Ted Knoy (柯泰德)
is an instructor in the Foreign Languages Division
at Yuan Pei University of Science and Technology. Author of
five books in "The Chinese Technical Writers' Series" and
two books in the "Chinese Professional Writers' Series",
Ted is the English editor of several technical journals and
publications in Taiwan. He is currently working on a Ph.D
in Education at the University of East Anglia (U.K.).
